We are a group of victims of the french scammer Olivier Tomas- founder of the real estate agency The Address Vip that has a fake address and phone number in Paris and whose Googlebusiness has been recently deactivated.

Olivier Tomas is a former lawyer who has been banned by the High Order of lawyers in France after he has scammed several clients. He then went to found a real estate agency in the south of France where he has also scammed his associates and fled with the money. He has been condemned by several courts in France for his scamming activities and for physical assault. He has also been banned from the Francs-maçons in France. Then he fled to Mexico when he continues to operate his fraudulent activities ruinning people's lives without any sense of guilt or shame. For that matter, he has opened multiple bank accounts worldwide to facilitate the scam.

He has 3 modus operandi: 

1/ proposing to rent properties he does not have in his portfolio. Once he received the funds and the clients realizes the scam, he pretends a misunderstanding and then flees with the money. This scenario happened to the famous french inflencer Nabilla Vergara and multiple press articles have been published in 2022. 

2/ proposing to rent properties that are not available. Once the funds are received and the client realizes the scam, he pretends a misunderstanding and  provide a fake bank statement of the refund when it is in reality photoshopped. Then he vanishes with the money.

3/ he proposes high yield investments on real estate products that merely don't exist! He pretends to be about to lose all the money invested so far if he does not manage to close the deal before a certain date. The deal simply does not exist! He vanishes with the money.
